Return & Refund Policy

If a customer is buying the products from our online store, then please check the products when you receive the product from the delivery person or courier company. After receiving the product, if any manufacturing fault or any kind of problems please inform our team within 48 hours via our Email, Facebook chat, or direct phone call. 

RB Mart allows returns on merchandise sold. Customers can return their purchased products within 7 working days from the date of purchase. The price of the returned product will be refunded and deduct the delivery charge.  

Customers can only claim a refund after 7 days of order placement and in the case of non-delivery of the order. Orders already shipped from the warehouse after spending 7 days in transit will be considered undelivered, and customers may wait for the parcel or claim for a refund. Refund claims will be processed within 72 hours from claim time. After initiating the payment from the RB Mart end, it may take up to 15 days or as per the gateway’s timeline. The refund amount will be the same as the customer paid for the order without shipping charge, In case of dispute (damaged, incorrect, defective products) related refund.

In case a customer fails to pay the remaining order amount after 7 days of order confirmation. In that case, the order will be automatically canceled and refund of the partial amount will be initiated soon. 

RB Mart returns goods sold and refunds the value of the goods sold.
