- ঢাকার বাইরের অনলাইন অর্ডারের প্রোডাক্ট এর বুকিং এর জন্য এর সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মুল্য অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ঢাকার বাইরের অনলাইন অর্ডারের প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং কন্ডীশনাল পে-মেন্ট এর চার্জ ক্রেতা প্রদান করবে।
- প্রোডাক্টের ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস, পণ্যের ওজন, সাইজ এবং ডেলিভারি স্থান ভেদে ভিন্নতা হতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পরিবহনকালীন পন্যের কোনরূপ ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হলে RB Mart তার দায়ভার বহন করবে না।
- কুরিয়ারে পাঠানো পন্য ক্রেতা সরাসরি তার নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ব্রাঞ্চ থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

Inside Dhaka Online Delivery Terms:
- RB Mart is offering Cash on delivery (COD) facility only for inside Dhaka.
- Product will be delivered within 3-5 working days of order confirmation.
- Pay after receiving the product.
- Delivery charges can be changed depending on product weight, size and delivery location.
- Free delivery is also available on our website.
- In case of home delivery, the customer will not get the opportunity to try the product.
- After receiving the product from the delivery representative, please take a unboxing video of the product. If you find any defects in the product Please contact us immediately.

Our delivery partners (e.g. Pathao, RedX, Steadfast Courier, eCourier) maintain their own terms and conditions.
Outside of Dhaka Online Delivery Terms:
- RB Mart uses various courier services for delivery outside Dhaka.
- For the booking of online order products outside Dhaka, full or partial payment must be paid in advance.
- Product courier service charges and conditional payment charges for online orders outside Dhaka will be paid by the buyer.
- Product delivery charges may vary depending on specific courier service, product weight, size and delivery location.
- RB Mart will not be responsible for any damage to the product during transit by courier service.
- The customer has to collect the goods sent by the courier directly from the nearest branch of the courier service.
